📧 Newsletter & Email Data
If you choose to subscribe to the WiseInvestorPath weekly newsletter, we collect your first name and email address. We may also store your stated country and topic preferences to send you more relevant content.
- We will only send you content you signed up for — finance education, rate updates, and new guides.
- We will never send spam, sell your email address, or share it with any third party for their marketing purposes.
- Every email we send includes a clearly visible, one-click unsubscribe link. You can leave at any time, instantly.
- Our email platform (e.g. Mailchimp or equivalent) processes your email data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement that complies with UK GDPR.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Full stop.
The only situations where your data may be seen by a third party are:

⏱️ How Long We Keep Your Data
- Newsletter subscribers: Your data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Once you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days.
- Contact form enquiries: Retained for up to 12 months after your enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
- Analytics data: Anonymised aggregate data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify any individual. IP addresses are anonymised immediately upon collection.
